My 2012 Macbook Pro had a disk issue (wouldn't boot up). It was under warranty but I hadn't backed anything up since I purchased it. I'm new to the Mac world and didn't know they can have problems too. Gary Kanter, Link Established, LLC, was able to retrieve my data despite the fact that the laptop would not boot up. He was able to save all my pictures and other non-replaceable items I had on my computer. I then was able to send the computer to the warranty company and they installed a new hard drive. Had it not been for Gary, my data would have been lost. I highly recommend his services. He is honest, affordable and very knowledgeable about anything computer oriented. I expect to call on Gary in the near future. Thank you Gary and Thumbtack for providing a great service.
