My goal always makes the customer happy, but what she is not saying is that we did not move Dennise, we moved her sister. The issue was travel time that I told her sister about and also sent her the contract with the port to port travel time in it. She was happy with the move because she tiped my men $30.00 each and we were over $700.00 under her estimate.
