- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my appointments are REAL ESTATE transactions, closings, and remote, but as a Professional Paralegal, all Notary needs are considered and welcomed. Much of what I am called to notarize are Loan closing packages, Deeds, POA appointments, Divorce Papers, Acknowledgments for various customer needs, DMV papers, Background check forms, Private notarizations are a valued part of my business.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you need real estate closing services in NH or MA, please contact me. I am Certified, screened and covered by the maximum Errors and Ommmissions insurance available. I do travel and will consider areas beyond my typical service areas. Other services for a Certified Professional Paralegal and Certified Signing Agent will be considered.
