No, I design every menu to fit each specific budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to know what is most important to each customer. If cost is an issue, we can discuss the budget first & then build a menu to fit. In other cases where health restrictions or specific ingredients are most important, we will build a menu designed to fit those tastes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained in New York City and San Francisco with some of the countries top chefs.
