Excellent work done on a custom cabinet job for us! A lot of contractors wouldn't even have taken the job but 13 Stars Design took the challenge and did an amazing job! The owner (Joel) is extremely nice and very easy to work with. We'll be going back if we have any more cabinet needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50/hour is my shop rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss the project. The goals, the vibe, and the deadline. I am usually booked for a bit before I can begin a new project. We determine an approximate budget and timeframe, including a not to exceed number, and I accept 1/2 of the estimate to begin, and half upon completion. Installation is either quoted in the price, or the customer can pick up their own project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years of diligent practice in all aspects of woodwork, home repair, and furnituremaking and finishing. I have studied with the best.
