- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each home is priced according to our clients needs, and wants. The initial clean is on an hourly basis, and then each reoccurring clean thereafter is an agreed upon price, which fits our clients budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client starts out as a "potential client". I like to meet each potential client in person first, so I can get an accurate idea of what the scope of work looks like, and to discuss that clients specific wants, and needs. Once we have tailored a plan specifically for the home, and the client has decided we are the right fit for them, we then schedule the first clean, and set up a reoccurring schedule, if that is what they are looking for. After that, we show up to do the work on a regular basis, and the client enjoys life a little more, because we are doing the dirty work for them!
