It was an absolute pleasure working with these folks! They know their stuff, kept us informed every step of the way, and are very reasonably priced! We had them beef up our house's insulation for the upcoming winter, and they joked we'd be wearing shorts after they finished. Turns out they weren't too far off, as the house was still 75F when we went to bed recently, and we briefly turned our AC on in November! My wife and I are very satisfied customers, and we look forward to working with them again for other projects!

I called two contractors for the project that I needed done. After speaking with Vinny and meeting him in person, I knew he was the contractor to complete a major exterior project on my house. His prices are very fair and he always allowed me to make the decision that was best for my house and budget. He always was available to ask questions and to make sure I knew the process from beginning to end. Vinny and his whole crew have been professional and respectful of my home/property. The total project is tearing down the old siding, rot repair, insulation throughout the whole house, 13 windows and residing the house with vinyl cedar shake impression. In todays world of contractors not completing projects the correct way, I know Vinny treats my house project as it is his home. I will be recommending Diamond Contracting Plus LLC to all my family and friends.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While pricing any project we complete I will go above and beyond any to help any customer fit inside their budget. We offer direct discounts for pairing one or more projects together as well as discount for veterans, seniors and more. Also we at Diamond Contracting Plus like to donate a portion of our proceeds to things like youth sports organizations, Special Olympics, different addict recovery organizations as well as any other organizations we may find that need help. We care about our community and the people in it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is a meet and greet to discuss the project in full detail. Then I like to.do a project layout which includes cost, materials, and a step by step breakdown of how we would like to go about completing the project. When the client agrees we do another meeting at which point we do contract signing and make our project deposits. From this point forward we schedule the project accordingly then continue to keep you up to date on project progression until completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All training I have received has been on the job training. while there have been a few short breaks in my career I have been completely in the industry for a total of 10+ years. That does not include trainings through manufacturers osha and outside sources. My trainings and certifications however are not the only ones to consider other employees have experience in historical homes, asbestos removal, lead safe renovation practices and more. we hope to bring our knowledge to every project possible.
