Introduction: I have over 20 years experience in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, with a Master's Degree in Sports Medicine. I am Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy. Many clients come to me for Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT), which is a technique used for treatment of lymphedema, an accumulation of fluid that can occur after lymph nodes are removed during surgery. LDT is very gentle, it consists of rubs, strokes or pushes of the skin in directions that follow the structure of the lymphatic system so that the lymph fluid can drain through proper channels. Sessions last from 60 - 90 minutes. Myofascial Release (MFR) therapy is another specialty I use in my practice. It focusses on releasing muscular shortness and tightness. Many patients seek treatment due to losing flexibility or function following an injury or just experiencing ongoing back, shoulder, hip or pain in any area containing soft tissue.

After two physical therapy providers, Stacy was the only one who was able to help me feel better. With bursitis of the shoulder caused by arthritis and complicated by diabetes, I am now feeling better and functioning again. Her facility is clean, relaxing and offers a rest room for changing. Very comfortable. Stacy has a wellness plan for me and it is working. She gives you "homework", as she calls it, to further your recovery. Not so much as a how to for home from the PT people. Her professionalism is coupled with compassion and LISTENS to all you. Thanks Stacy! Would recommend her if you really want to feel better. When you find something that works, you stick with it.

Excellent massages by Stacy! I am a cyclist and suffer from tight muscles in addition to back issues. Stacy is able to loosen and help the tight and cramped muscles like sports medicine, while still giving me a relaxing massage. She asks me if i have any specific concerns or issues each time, but is also able to find my problem areas that i didn't even realized needed attention. Her prices are fair and she is always able to fit me into her busy schedule. I have never found a better massage therapist and i always look forward to my massages! Definitely give her a try...you will kick yourself for not going sooner and will look forward to going back again and again!
