I decided to hire a Life Coach to talk to 22 young men and women in their early '20s who were uncertain about their future as they were entering the real world. They were anxious, afraid, unsure, many with low self-esteem (though many had done great in their respective colleges) and just didn't know what steps were necessary to not only blend in but excel in their jobs or positions they were looking for in their fields. We had the pleasure of bringing in Mr. Stone who with his larger than life personality, confidence and assurance woke the group up and explained that there was a path out of the woods, you just had to be shown where the clearing was and the rest would take care of itself. He listened carefully to many of the young people, and made sure everyone who spoke felt like their question meant something, assimilated down the fundamentals that were collectively necessary to get them to realize there was an answer; and more than one answer to their issue(s). Through his entrepreneurial background as an Investment Banker to a Producer in Hollywood, to a Private Jet Executive to a Manager of the top 100 Poker Players in the world to being an International Real Estate Executive doing transactions worldwide; his talk just captivated the audience with stories of the down and out (some well known) who turned their lives around using the right tools and told those in the audience they were far ahead of the earlier mentioned people he spoke about in his stories; and he knows exactly how to tell a story that not only moved the youngsters but everyone in the room. He is one of those people that just knows how to say the right thing to the right person and the energy level and enthusiasm just grew and became contagious which was quite a feeling. Though he is a Certified Life Coach which the youngsters never really cared to much about but it seems that his "real" experiences got the students emotionally invested in him and in the fact that they had a plan and map that was the beginning to getting themselves to where they want to go. I can't think of anyone I know who could have turned this room around so when they left the speech they felt better about themselves and their futures. He is the Real Deal!
Working with Rhonda has been an awesome experience. Personal training sessions are challenging and never boring. She is very knowledgeable on the body and will answer any question that is asked. She is very accommodating with flexible hours. She shows a great concern for one's health, wellness and performance. Anna is a great yoga instructor. She is a very nice person that you can learn from for a healthier lifestyle. She is a great for fitness motivation and for general health too. Love my early morning yoga sessions before I head to work for another day full of meetings .😊
Signing up with NBI Fitness is probably one of the best things I could've ever done for myself. Trinnie and Gilbert are great and are currently helping me reach my dream health/body goals. The trainers truly care about their clients and are always pushing me to make sure I am doing all that is necessary to lose weight, tone up and build a healthy life style for myself. They also tell you what you should and should not be eating according to your fitness goal. Most importantly, I work and go to school full time therefore, it is difficult to work out with such a hectic schedule, BUT they literally make sure to work with whatever times works best for me even if its going out of their way. The cost, overall results and amazing customer service is really worth it and would recommend NBI Fitness to anyone who wants to tone up, lose weight, and get on track with their fitness goals.
Kylie was really professional, kind, attentive and caring. The space was beautiful and provided a safe, relaxed environment. We talked before and after the session itself to address my specific needs and the advise and guidelines I received in addition to the healing is already helping me release emotional blocks and live more according to my intentions. Kevin is truly a ' best in world' trainer. I can't say enough about Kevin but please read this and hopefully you'll have a better idea of how he has changed my life on a very personal level. I have severe health issues and take lots of medicine. My doctors told me i need to work out with someone who can handle the complexities of my case to build bone density and I was lucky enough to find Kevin. He is like a personal trainer, chiro, physical therapist and friend all wrapped up on one. He is so committed to helping me have the best quality of life and so well versed on many things I trust him implicitly and consider him part of the core team working to make me better. I've had the oppty to work with trainers in many states who were all supposedly the best and can say that Kevin is in a league of his own. He is so creative and comes up with a different ways to challenge me, make it fun, change it up, incorporate things to help build core and posture overall and bring things into the mix like boxing that he knows I really like. I truly look forward to our sessions and always feel better afterwards, it's been great to see the progress and my doctors are thrilled that I was so lucky to find him- he has blown away any expectations. Whether you have health challenges or are training for the army or wanna look good for your wedding or the summer bathing suit season Kevin will not only help you achieve your goals but will quickly become part of your way of life. I can't say enough about Kevin and his dedication, expertise, continual desire to learn more ways to help and just being a cool guy and easy to laugh with-if you are lucky enough like me to work with Kevin you should jump at the oppty! Seriously, he is worlds best trainer.

I have been putting off writing this review because I dont know how to put into words how amazing George is, if I could give him 10 stars I would! In the last half of 2016 and most of 2017 I was dealing with a lot of medical issue that wound up effected my body and muscles a lot (I was always in pain)! I always had some pounds to lose however I was able to work out and keep it under control until 2016 when it all began and I was put on certain meds for almost a year. When I started with George my whole body would ache all the time and I was dealing a lot back issues AND trust issues regarding anything that involved my health including exercise! Not only did he prove that he knew what he was doing he figured out exercises that would not hurt my back but still make it stronger, and anything he didn't know he researched. Since working with George my back pain has decreased significantly, my body hardly hurts anymore, I feel stronger, im able to work out 4 times a week, and I have lost almost 30 pound, all this in less than 6 months (and it would probably be more if I didn't cheat as often as I do). I was not your typical person looking for a trainer to just tone up or lose a few pounds I needed more help than that and he has gone above and beyond expectations!! He tailors my workouts to me, I am never board, he does not except excuses, however truly cares! He is extremely knowledgeable and always strives to be better and you can tell he truly loves what he does, I cannot recommend him enough!!
I have been working with John for over a year and a half now and have been amazed and very pleased with the results achieved every step of the way. My most recent goal was to lose some weight, get rid of the nagging fat around by abdomen and thigh area and be able to achieve an overall sculpted/muscular physique in the process. As I was approaching the age of 50, I wondered if it was ever possible to achieve these goals, especially to be able to build muscle at this stage in my life. With his positive approach, John has been working twice a week with me consistently on a great strength training program coupled with an appropriate effective meal plan. Through his strength training program, Ive learned about specific exercises used to target different muscle groups using proper form, increased intensities and repetitions. John has always been encouraging in pushing me to do more than I realize I can, even when I whine. He always seems to know how much you can really do and is really genuinely interested in helping you to succeed as you progress every step of the way. I even managed to dead lift up to 200 pounds. Wow, I never imagined Id ever be able to do that! One thing that has really impressed me about John is his deep understanding on the physiology of the human body from body building, effects of injuries, metabolism, hormones, fat burning capabilities, effects of food and environmental factors on the body and much more. Its nice to know that you can ask him anything and get a detailed full answer from him. Its not all about just how to do exercises, there is more involved in achieving overall health and fitness and John can certainly educate you on that. John is a true Professional and Master in his field. As of now I lost all the weight I wanted to lose/decreased my body fat, achieved my desired sculpted look through obvious definition to my waist/abdomen, back, arms, glutes, and legs. Ive learn how to eat better and healthier foods. Now 50, I look fit, feel stronger and more energized than ever. At 115 lbs., 5 1 tall, Im definitely where I want to be. If you want to make a change to look and feel great and healthier, then John is the man to see. You wont be disappointed.
I've been having weekly phone sessions with Gabriella for the last six weeks and they have been amazing! I cannot say enough about what a great coach she is. She's dedicated, focused and totally your cheerleader. At the end of each of my sessions, which end with a hypnosis session, I feel capable of actually achieving all of my set intentions. There are not enough words to describe how much this experience has helped me. I had wanted to speak to a life coach for a long time and I decided to go the phone route as I thought it would make it easier to ease into the process. Gabriella has been able to help me focus on what my true goals are and to find ways to "attack" them without feeling overwhelmed. She's helped me clear the fog in my head and finally listen to me. The process is not always easy as it requires you to really be honest with yourself and also be accountable but even during the times when I fell short of my desired goals, I was okay knowing that I was on the right path. There was never any judgment from Gabriella, just encouragement. I highly recommend her!

Brent is a good communicator and has always been very professional in his demeanor, he is always on time and easy to schedule appointments with. I was a little nervous when I went to my first appointment, but have gotten much more comfortable over time. Brent is very present in the room, he gives me a lot of eye-contact, and shows genuine compassion. While it can sometimes be difficult, the work that I do with Brent has allowed me to get to know myself better, and has significantly improved the relationships I value most in my life. His office, while very simple and unadorned, has a warm atmosphere, and is very conveniently located. I have found my work with Brent to be very valuable, and highly recommend him as a coach.

Priya is a great health coach. She personalized my journey to my target weight with realistic goals and a diet plan. She is understanding of the struggle a person can go through and is kind and is a good listener. A lot of that is because she went through a successful massive weight loss herself. We have trained with Richard for over 4 years now. We must say that Richard is the only reason we are staying in shape! He has kept us motivated throughout all this time by providing a wide variety of exercises in different formats so we are never bored. Richard is very knowledgeable about tailoring a workout to particular health conditions or physical limitations. Finally, he has a very positive and reassuring demeanor and he makes every workout fun, even for the lazies like us. He is the best trainer you can possibly find!
Mackenzie was outstanding. This was my furst ecperience with yoga abd i am a 68 year old man. She was very patient snd understanding while at the same time coached me into doing those yoga positions that would help me in the areas where I needed it the most. She was wonderful
