Words fall short to describe my journey with Greg, The Personal Fitness Coach, he takes time to understand ones own challenges and helps to get changes in day to day routine without feeling forced, he also has an immense understanding about how much can ones body take and slowly builds the strength with introduction of various excrsise to build up strength, I right now in my 3rd week have already lost about 5 ibs of weight without going through boring and strenuous workouts and starving crash diets, it's fun to be with Greg, every morning I get up and feel like exercising, and that's the biggest change Greg brought in, the desire, and then with the muscle strenghth slowly built up the desire has converted into action, I highly recommend Greg for any one, any age as the personal trainer.😇😇

Positive and upbeat, skilled and consistent, Rhonda brings all of her professional attention to each session in a very friendly and enjoyable manner. After years of failing to find a way either on my own or with other trainers to find the discipline to workout in a steady and long term, life-style changing way, finding Rhonda over a year ago has led to the best shape I've been in since my early 20's ..... and that was a long time ago. Carlos is the secret, the real deal. At first I was hesitant about paying for a trainer. I thought I knew it all about exercise being fairly athletic. I also thought that only celebrities had personal trainers and paid dearly for them…until I met Carlos. I didn’t just get a fitness trainer I have an accessible counselor that guides me in exercise, nutrition, and everyday conditioning. When I travel he sends me exercise regimes for the hotel gym and constantly advises me on dieting and working out. As far as results: I’ve lost 52 lbs. and have great energy. Carlos is the real deal. If you don’t believe it, just ask me.

I have been working with personal trainers for the past 9 years and, in which I have worked with almost 6 different great trainers! With that being said, my current trainer, Bejko Evis, truly took it above and beyond and took the service to a whole new level. Throughout the last couple of months working with him, he was always extremely knowledgeable, hard working, caring and he always pushes me to break new records. If you are looking for a high intensity workout with s cool guy- Evis is your man!

I cant say enough positive things about Judy! I trained with her for many months before my wedding and could not have asked for a sweeter, knowledgable, encouraging and patient trainer. She met me at my fitness level, and knew how to build more challenging workouts through the course of our time together. I was very happy with the results of our twice weekly sessions and felt stronger, trimmer and more confident for my wedding. Just the greatest!

My experience with Brenda has been great! I do not exaggerate when I say that she has changed my life for the better. Brenda is super approachable and has a heart of gold, but she is also extremely knowledgeable and takes her job very seriously. It’s the perfect combination! I reached out to Brenda, because I needed to lose weight in order to fit into my bridesmaid’s dress. Over the course of about two months, I was able to lose more than 20 pounds with her guidance. The dress fit like a glove! The picture is of a different dress I wore soon before and again soon after my trainig sessions. I recommend Brenda if you’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping others achieve their goals, who is knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, who will answer all of your questions even outside the gym, who will tailor a plan for you that is effective, who will be friendly but will also push you as needed, someone who is working alongside you and not just barking directions at you when you’re working out. Ed is the man! What else can I say? My wife and I were looking for a trainer who could address our personal fitness goals leading up to our wedding. With a 3-month window, Ed was able to evaluate each of our individual needs effectively and construct workout programs that he trained us on, simultaneously. We are extremely pleased with our results. Ed's program not only helped us reach our goal, but has really set us up for long term success with our physical fitness. Carmen was a fantastic trainer and gym mentor. I was the type of gym member that had my three machines that I stuck to because of convenience, not knowing what to use for my body, and I was simply intimidated. Marvin is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with to meet my goals. My wife and I began working with Marvin 3 years ago. My goals were specific: (1) workout consistently; (2) gain muscle mass; and (3) have more energy day to day. Marvin provided us with a comprehensive workout program during the week - even for the days that we were not training. He also guided us on how to put together a diet regimen to maximize our goals. Most importantly, Marvin holds you accountable by requiring that you record your workouts and meals and deliver a weekly report. Highly recommend! They were able to work with my busy schedule and partner me up will someone based on my background/goals. I trained with this company back in LA and you have no idea how happy I am that they have trainers in NYC as well! The training packages are a great deal and it's a huge plus that their trainers are well informed when it comes to nutrition. All of the trainers are amazing but Erika's experience aligned perfectly with what I was looking for in a trainer. If you're willing to do the work you will absolutely get the results. I'm down 5% body fat in just one month of training!

I’ve been working with Lauren for almost 4 years now and she’s been a major impact in my life as a online health and fitness coach. She’s very patient and motivating but also believes in me. I am 44 years old, work full time and actively parent 3 children ages 6, 8, and 11. Fitness was on the bottom of my priority list for around 12 years. I wasn’t even sure if it was possible to fit fitness into my life, but finally I was determined to try. Thankfully one of my colleagues referred me to Cody. I don’t know how this story would have ended if I simply joined a gym near my office and did a little cardio at lunch time, like I had originally planned. For the past 6 months I have been working out with Cody. I think of it as my special treat to me. I take a break in the early afternoon 2 days a week for 30 minutes of training. Cody is very flexible with scheduling and very reliable. Every work out is different, and he cares very much about my progress. In addition to our lunch time work outs, I also followed Cody’s recommendation and have been running on the weekends, as well as tracking everything I eat, to manage my diet. Our routine worked! In less than 6 months I managed to lose 17 pounds and gain muscle tone. It’s very noticeable. And although I’ve met my original fitness and weight loss goals, I continue to work out with Cody. I continue to grow leaner and stronger, and when I am feeling sluggish or sleepy at work, taking a break for a work out is the perfect energy boost. My 45th birthday is lurking around the corner, and I am ready for it. Thank you Cody!

I've trained with Chris for about three years now. In the beginning i was cepitcal about getting a trainer, but I knew I needed one to get the results I wanted. Me and Chris instantly clicked, he listened to my goals and came up with a workout routine that would get me those results. Within the first month I notice some results, after about three months I could see my body starting to transform. The reason I stuck with Chris for so long was I knew he could motivate and push me to my limits. I never thought I could be in such great shape, but It was all due to Chris guidance, meal plans and specific routines he had plan out for me. I would highly recommend Chris

Valerie Graham is the best thing that happened in my life. I have been training with her for 3 years. Her training style is incredible. She has a great passion for fitness and is superb at what she does. A trainer who listens and makes you feel you are heard and handles you with great empathy and compassion. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, flexible and effective and also very kind and just a joy to be around! Every time I workout with her, it feels like its the first time all over again, that is the kind of dedication she offers.
