Cherry Valley Tractor has been in business since 1961 and have used many roofing companies in the past. Since Wm. Brooks III LLC completed our first roof section, I knew we didn't have to look any further. Bill gives us an honest price up front and does an outstanding job. Him and his guys come to work and get the job done right the first time and make sure all trash and debris is cleaned up after each work day. We have started to use him for other odd jobs other than roofing. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for commercial or residential work. Brian C. I recently had Billy Brooks put a whole new flat roof on my duplex. He not only replaced the roof, but he solved a big problem I had with the roof being flat (pooling of water). He did the job quickly (1 day) and cleaned up completely when he was done. He was very courteous and professional. He can be easily reached which is more than I can say for other contractors from which I requested an estimate. I would definitely hire Wm. Brooks III again for my roofing needs.

Billy installed the main portion of my roof and repaired 3 leaks resulting from a poor job from a previous roofer. He was always on time for both estimate and work, and he and his worker were friendly and informative. They also cleaned up my property and actually left it cleaner than when they started!! I would not hesitate to either hire him again or to recommend him to a friend!!

Billy did a great job with my roof and skylight he also installed a attic fan for me. Billy cares about his customers and does everything to make them happy. My job only needed 3 men to do the job, they came early and they where finished buy around 3. cleaned up was also done with no nails left. thank you Billy
