- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep the pricing for training as competitive as possible will still enabling me to provide the level of customization and accommodation that my students are used to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know what your training needs are so I can accommodate. If you have a special circumstance, let me know and see if I can help. I am committed to you learning a useful skill. I don't want you to leave any of my classes feeling unsure or confused.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Emergency Medical Technician and 911 Dispatcher with more than 10 years experience in a very busy city. I have worked on Speciatly Care Transportation Units caring for critical heart patients needing surgery or catheterization. I have been teaching Health and Safety classes for over 9 years.
