Everything is great! We have a baby who is just starting to move around on her own and I wanted to make sure the house is clean as it can be for her little hands and feet! They do a wonderful job - also the customer service is great - always quick to answer the phone and emails if I have questions!

I found Mike Latronica, on thumbtack, and he got back to me within minutes, with a quote. I was pressed for time, because I was giving the service as a gift to my mom for Mother's Day. He promised me that the job he would do, would be worth every penny. Let me tell you, he UNDERSOLD, and OVER DELIVERED!!!!! Mike and his crew came through, and made my house look as close to new as I've ever seen it. He also fixed my table, and offered to help me fix other things around the house. She pays very close attention to retail she is a meticulous worker who gets right to work. And she pays close attention to the spots other house cleanera have missed. She was awesome and very hardworking and didn't rush the job. You can feel safe with her in your home!! She puts your mind at ease! During my initial contact with the office, I knew excellent customer service was important to this company. The first person I spoke with was Jazmine. She was professional, knowledgeable and followed up with scheduling exactly as she said she would. Everyone I have encountered has been great. The house cleaners consistently do a great job; they are friendly, personable and trustworthy. They always show up when scheduled. I am very satisfied with the services. They have made my life easier by assisting me with cleaning. By doing so it gives me back precious time (when I would ordinarily be cleaning) to attend to other necessary tasks.

I've been in New York for nearly 3 years now and for someone who throws a lot of parties, the clean up process is always the most frustrating. Maid2Service is a great company that does the work professionally, quickly, and with flexibility. Their prices are fair (a little on the higher middle side for a small one bedroom) and I trust Moe completely with my house and my cats--and that is saying a lotM. It is wonderful coming home after work or a business trip to a clean and tidy house! I find that sometimes they work best with direction, and will pay more attention to problem spots when pointed out--but that is also about learning a house and preferences of the consumer. I recommend Maid2 Service, and Moe in particular, to anyone!

Finally, someone who really knows how to clean and what to use! I have had so many things damaged, broken and ruined by other cleaners who use the wrong products and rush through the house. It was refreshing to have this sister team clean my house so that it sparkles! And they are all very friendly, polite and conscientious . Great choice!
