If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I was left in a rut with a previous guy with no where to turn. I downloaded the thumtak app and searched for a mover in my area. Within minutes I received a call! A price was negotiated and the owner sent the guys to my home within the hr. They were courteous, professional and fast. My things were removed and set up in my new apt in 1 hr and 15mins! I highly recommend this moving company for short hauls or long! Thanks guys!

Did not remove all the furniture and items on the list. Foreman told company owner truck was full when it wasn't. When confronted with this info he acknowledged that not to be true. This resulted in us having to go back to the previous residence and remove 1 minivan and 1 pickup truck's worth of items ourselves. Several items were on the inventory list but prior agreement made those items were to be moved down to the garage for disposal but movers left origin without completing that task. When confronted, the owner acknowledged it was something missed in the notes by the sales rep who took our order but refused to provide any adjustment in the rate. Again, we had to go back to the previous apartment and move those heavy furniture items out ourselves. Upon contacting the sales rep via text, she acknowledged her mistake but apologized that her "boss" was unwilling to provide an adjustment. The job had an agreed estimate and was to be billed hourly. The travel time between origin and destination was 35 minutes via the turnpike (where trucks are allowed) but foreman decided to take a local route which took them 1hr and 20 minutes instead. This resulted in the job taking 30 minutes longer than estimated and despite all the earlier grievances already relayed to the owner, he refused to acknowledge any of it and told the foreman to charge for the additional 30 minutes as well. During the job the workers (when they thought no one was watching) literally slid boxes and furniture down the stairs over and over again. When they would be spotted, they would transition to picking them up. This lead to damage to several items, most notably fabric being completely removed from multiple parts of our sectional sofa (despite it being wrapped in furniture blankets and layers of tape). If zero stars was possible, that would be the rating for our experience. Please do yourselves a favor and hire a more professional company.
