Ken is both a scholar and a gentleman. Highly recommend him for prompt service, his breadth of knowledge, and just being a good dude.

Ken was great to work with! He had a solution to my connectivity issues before I could finish describing the problem. Had me up and running in no time. Knowledgeable guy!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We believe everything has a cost. With that said, we do try to keep our prices low, because we value the lasting relationships with our clients much more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Step 1 - Greet and introduce ourselves to our customers (verbally, electronically, etc.). Step 2 - Relate to the customer by understanding their issue at hand is. Step 3 - Educate the customer on exactly what their options are. Step 4 - Ask the customer for the opportunity to help them solve the problem Step 5 - Thank the customer for being able to form a relationship and giving us the opportunity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've worked in IT for 5 years now. While that sounds like a lower number, my schooling and work experience continue to present challenges that I learn from every day.
