Introduction: I actually started to learn cooking from my mother as a kid. I later started to work at a restaurant in 1995 and quickly rose to head chef. I stayed there for 10 years. I then worked as a general manager for a few years. Now I work in the kitchen of a restaurant as a second job. You just can’t get cooking out of your blood. I love to cook for people. I can cook most cuisines but I favor American, Italian and Mexican. Let’s have a conversation and come up with a spectacular dinner.
