- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To keep my mind sharp I am always researching, reading, studying, & learning. I love to know all trends to keep me above the rest.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ever since I was young I remember baking with my mother & cooking with my father. I guess you could say that food runs in my family. Another thing that has run in my family is teaching. We all are teachers of our own trades.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common thing I do is teach cooking classes. I have had a few catering events with previous [along with current] companies that I have worked under.
