Sarah is my favorite yoga teacher and I make it a point to attend her classes as often as I can. She has a very calming manner and will encourage you to push yourself at your own pace. Her classes and teaching style are very welcoming. I always feel calmer when I leave and I leave knowing I have done something good for myself.

I recently worked with a Vice Principal of an elementary school. She was suffering from stress and anxiety as well as trouble sleeping through the night. She recently had a full night sleep!
