She is very professional and values her clients. Got great pregnancy massage at a very decent price. She takes time to listen to all the concerns and provides massage accordingly. She tells me she is coming from DE and able to arrive by 1030. I suggested the earlier the better and she confirmed she would be on her way and try for 1015. 1030 rolls around and I reach out only to learn she wont make it till 1127. It is now 1135 and she tells me she is in Union, NJ which is over an hour from my location in Ocean City NJ. Wasted my whole morning over this. Unfortunately, we cannot upload snapshots to Thumbtack, as this would have told the truth. To be clear: the potential client contacted me at 10:30 p.m., which was 1) outside of my hours of operation and 2) i was out of town. Therefore, i supplied him with the times i was available. He asked if i could refer an another therapist. I contacted another therapist, supplying them with all of his information as requested. After calculating his location, the therapist declined the job as it was 1 hr and 51 minutes away, and they had to attend their primary job at 5:00 a.m. i reverted to my text box to inform him and upon return saw that he left a message saying that he was not opposed to back to back massage, as this was his vacation. i said thank you and said that i would contact him upon departure. Upon departure at 5:35 a.m., i texted him informing him i was in route. At 8:47 a.m., he responded with queries regarding service. i answered all queries and he asked if i could be to him by 10:00 a.m. i told him that i did not want say somthing that i could not do, nor did i want to be late. I told him that i would try to make it as close to 10:30 a.m. as possible. He said the earlier the better. As my day had al ready started, i completed my first obligation, went to get my equipment, and was in route by 9:17 a.m. At our time of communication, i was 1 hour 35 minutes away, with traffic, as the entire travel time is 1 hr 51 minutes. He snapshot the location and stated that the address tends to send people the wrong way. i just followed the map, which lead me in a few directions, with the last being Trenton. At 11:27 a.m., when he asked my eta, i shared with him locations that the map lead me in and asked if 3 locations were near him as my map indicated his location was 5 miles away. i assume he was unclear about what i was texting, he got very hostile and condescending. When i responded that i was trying to find my way and wanted to ensure i was in the right location or at least on the right path, he stated this was very idiodic and he wasted his morning. He then told me not to text him anymore. i granted his request, turned around, and headed back. I will say that before statements are posted, facts should be examined for validity and accuracy to ensure that the account is actually true, ( i.e. ) written communication between both parties from both parties.

Each massage is tailored to each client's need.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a graduate of UMDNJ-ITM School of Therapeutic Massage and Somatic Bodywork. I am also BLS CPR certified and am current with my biennial continuing education courses.
