What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only charge full price for completed work with exceptional customer support. If an issue is not fixed or properly diagnosed within the 1st hour, I give a 50%off the rate. There is NO charge for a visit where problems were not successfully resolved (applies for level 1 issues).
