FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jobs require accurate estimates to minimize waste and over estimation of cost. In order to provide the best price I will need to take measurements for material, factor in time for preparation, consumables for the job (grinding discs, cutting wheels, welding rods, etc...) and what type of finish is required (paint, grinding, polishing etc...). With all of these factors I simply cannot provide a standard price, but I will work with you to get the best possible price and top notch work done in a timely manner!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we are going to get as much information about the project as we can. Secondly we will make a drawing if necessary, then decide the proper material and lastly figure a cost and schedule the work to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Welding 1 & 2 at Morris County Vocational School of Technology 10 years overall experience working in metal fabrication shops and also structural steel.
