- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our fees on the amount of time needed to accomplish a mutually agreed upon scope of work. After meeting to discuss your projects scope of work we can establish a fee to accomplish the work. If you do not have a defined scope of work, that's ok too. We will work on an hourly rate basis to help you develop a scope of work and a budget. Then we can provide a fixed fee to accomplish the established scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a customized process for working with our clients. The process starts with a client questionnaire and ends with a post construction walk-thru a year after construction is complete. Along the way we have checklists to maintain quality and correspondence to keep you informed every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We definitely do. We adhere to the AIA guidelines of atlas 18 hours of Continuing Education Credits per year.
