Parkers Projects was great to work with. Replied to my inquiry very quickly and came out for an estimate later that day. Gave us a very fair price and was able to come within a few days to do the project. Had him install a floor and a light in the attic and we are quite happy with the results. He picked up all the materials himself and cleaned up afterwards. He was also very quick to respond to messages and was easy to talk to. We plan on using him again for a few other projects around the house.
