The church Trustees hired Top Gun David Elwell to clean 26 exterior windows on two floors. The windows had not been cleaned in many years, and were covered with chalking paint from old siding. Almost every window had 12 panes of glass - that's over 300 panes. Dave showed up immediately to quote the job and completed the job precisely when he said he would. His price was too low for what he did.
