- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
About 11 cents per line of 65 characters including spaces as defined by AMTA. May be adjusted up or down depending on complexity, volume, regularity and additional resources needed. Once agreed, the price remains the same for at least 6 months. Turnaround time would be 24-48 hours for regular work load.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up the customer with our HIPAA compliant dictation service, if needed. It's a toll-free telephone number with individual box assigned to each doctor. After the dictation is completed the transcribed files are delivered to the customer within 24 hours. All transcribed files are double-checked and pass QC inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our Medical Transcriptionists have 4-year college degree plus 12 month medical transcription course and varying years of experience.
