- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The jobs are priced per sf, which includes all labor and materials. My prices range from $2-$3 per sf.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer to evaluate their needs, inspect the project, quote the project quickly. I ask for a 10% deposit to hold dates and schedule work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I am college educated, this type of work is learned main by learning from other pros. I was also a franchise owner for a similar business.
