We are new to this area and first time home buyers, therefore we did quite a bit of research to determine the best inspection company for the price. We called multiple inspectors and finally found Eagle Eye. When we called, John himself answered the phone and was very friendly to talk to, professional and very knowledgeable. We called on a Thursday and set up the inspection for Saturday morning, another plus with eagle eye is the weekend inspections! His prices are the most reasonable we found and he well exceeded our expectations! He made sure to inspect every last inch of the house before he signed his name to the report and then sent a very detailed report to us and our realtor with precise comments and corresponding photos. There was no doubt we were in the best hands with John and would give him a glowing recommendation to anyone!!!

Joe Kiss took the time to thoroughly explain the right solar system for our needs. He and his employees did a most professional installation of our solar array and micro-inverters, and included other electrical work we needed as part of the project. All personnel were quite careful and accommodating when working both inside and outside our home. Probably the best indicator of our project's ultimate success was the statement made by the township inspector. He said that we received a first-class installation and that, unlike some of Joe's competitors, Kiss used the finest quality materials and components for our system rather than skimp by using inferior ones. We have had many months since the system was turned on in early 2011 where our electric bill has been $0. or close to it. Although system payback was projected for 8 years, we are poised to see our return in 5 years, instead. One of the micro-inverters failed about a year and a half into its use, but as it is still under warranty, Kiss replaced it at no cost to us. In addition, we have received the promised 3 annual panel cleanings and preventive maintenance at no charge. To anyone who is considering "going solar", we highly recommend Kiss Solar (a.k.a. Kiss Electric) and their very capable team.
