I'm very pleased. Repaired flagstone landing, stone step, concrete walkway and stone wall pointing. Service was prompt, professional and reasonable price. Looks great!
Awesome wooden and granite cabana and stone driveway piers.
Nice Price Concrete did a wonderful job cementing my front porch and repairing the attached stone wall. He did such a nice job, I asked him to repair the walls in my garage. Luckily for me, he was able to do everything at the same time. I feel that Geno gave me a very reasonable price for both jobs. His crew is respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend Nice Price Concrete.
I am so pleased with the brick pointing of the front steps to my home entrance. The mortar was in bad shape and everything looks like a new front entrance now. The Kelly brothers are gentleman and craftsmen. They included the repair/rebuild of two stone walls and the closing of a crack in the driveway, at no additional cost. What makes it even better is that the cost was $1000 less then other bids, for the same work. I highly recommend this company. They are third generation masons and can be proud of their great work and lineage. Thank you, guys.
Bill tore out and rebuilt my stone front porch and walkway. He was able to save most of the original stone and knew where to get old stone to match for replacements. Very responsive, great attention to detail and quality work, used quality materials, communicated each day, answered all questions. When the columns were found to be rotting, he made a recommendation for someone to do that work whom I was very happy with. Bill did the work himself with one assistant. Cleaned up well and reseeded grass next to the next new walkway. He came back after the job was complete to check an area that I had a question about. He also worked with my neighbor within their budget to repair some mortar on their home.
Jim guided me through each step of the process. He was over than willing to answer all my questions (I ask a lot) and even made some pointers to future projects we could embark on at my property when the timing is right for me. I couldn't ask for someone that was more on time, considerate to my needs as a consumer. I had Jim and crew (Eric and Ryan) replace a 11x6 concrete pad 4" thick. These guys were pro and completed the work in a day. I can't speak to the longevity of the work but the way they demo'ed, put down 4" of stone, and concrete on top with relief joints sure makes it look solid. I give Jim a solid five stars because although the job was priced competitively, they did a good job, were on time, and went above my expectation at each turn. I feel like if something negative did happen (it did not) Jim would have my back. Looking forward to future jobs...
My husband and I needed to "update" our family room ceiling by removing the textured finish and fake wood beams. The only way to accomplish that was to completely remove the ceiling and replace it with new sheet rock, trim, and paint it. We were extremely pleased with the professional manner in which Jonathan and Michael discussed the work involved and the subsequent receipt of a comprehensive written quote. Their price was very fair and we were scheduled within our time frame. The crew arrived promptly and demolition was accomplished in no time at all. The sheet rock and trim were put up, painted and the entire project was completed in a few days' time. The final product is absolutely gorgeous!!! Father & Son Improvements is very detail oriented and if anything at all requires further attention after final inspection, there is no problem in getting it done. They want the customer to be fully satisfied, and we were!!! We highly recommend Father & Son Improvements to anyone requiring first quality improvements.
What a great experience. I purchased granite from another supplier and was finding it difficult to find a Fabricator. Custom Sealer responded immediately to my Thumbstack project, aaked appropriate questions about the job and provided a quote. We scheduled time, he arrived before me, and did a great jpb! Very pleased and I am super particular. .
This is our second project of extensive stone work on a kitchen island and a fireplace wall that was installed by this father & 2 sons company. Their workmanship is superb! They are neat, conscientious, and very respectful working in your home. We HIGHLY recommend them for any work!
Valpave did a fantastic job building my new driveway. It was a decent sized residential project at over 400 square feet. They put down quality highway grade stone to 6 inches (more in places beyond what was required), a sand surface and a 3 inch top layer of asphalt. The crew was curtious and professional and the work was outstanding. They went the extra mile to grade the surface outside of the driveway area even though they weren't contracted or paid to do so. Jesse wanted to job done right and wanted it to look top notch. He really hit the mark. I would strongly recommend Jesse to anyone looking to have driveway work done.
Brett did an excellent job with installing stone veneer around our new patio and fire pit. He was detail oriented and left the job looking great.
Jim Grubb knows his stuff. Several years ago, he and I met while he was doing some work in my neighborhood. My wife had been "hinting" that she wanted stone work around our new pool to complete "the look" (eye roll). I reluctantly went over to ask him a few questions, and I (wrongly) anticipated he was probably going to try to oversell himself, and quote me unfairly. At the time, I didn't think the conversation was going to lead to much more than me procrastinating this decision for even longer. He gave me a ton of helpful information about the process. I asked what'd it entail, how long he'd think it would take, and what it'd cost me. He didn't try to sell me or give me an astronomical price. He answered every question objectively. I ended up hiring him that day. Don't tell my wife I said this, but she was definitely right about the stone. Since then, Jim has done many other projects for my family, and I've also referred him onward. He also put the brick front on my sister's house- it looks fantastic. I'm happy to have done business with him. Jim is a great guy.
I had Shannon do my natural stone walkway it came out nice . I am very happy with his work .
It took about 2 weeks to rip the old porch off and brace the roof up and start the new beautifully built porch. The railings that finally go on after will make it even more amazing looking! Amazing job from start to finish! I highly recommend him as you next mason for any masonry project you want to tackle!!
