Joseph helped us with the installation of two through the wall air conditioning/heating units. He was very professional, knowledgeable, reliable and punctual. The job resulted in some unexpected challenges but he was pleasant throughout the process and did not even try to charge more. Honest, sincere people are hard to come by and I really appreciate all the help Joseph has provided us. We will absolutely continue to use his services and recommend him without hesitation!

If there were extra start's to put on it would be 10 star's for the excellent work that Sam & his worker's did! They took out & installed a new HVAC Central Air Unit for my Mom. Outstanding work! They even cleaned up after they were done. Thank you Guy's for the amazing work you did, my Mom will be able to sleep cool & comfortable after 5 day's in the heat. Truly a satisfied customer.

I had called Mike for Air conditioning cooling issue. He promptly replied and provided a very quick appointment to fix my issue. He explained my what could go wrong up front and mentioned complete possible estimate on phone. He arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem. He honestly explained to me what was wrong, what needed and what not needed to save my money. My AC has been started cooling again. He also followed up next day to make sure everything is fine. I have nothing but great things to say about Andy and his team. They have done two jobs for me in the last two weeks and have done the jobs well. First job was to come and do an annual central air tune up. The second job was to acid wash my Mitsubishi a/c unit which had accumulated mold. In addition, Andy found some minor issues with the central a/c units and addressed immediately on the spot. He did such a great job that my central air conditioning unit runs now so smooth I can barely hear that it is on. I have had several other technicians come over the years and not one of them did as much as Andy and his team. Also Andy's fees are very reasonable and not out of left field like some techs I have used in the past. Plus, he guarantees all of his work. Most techs don't even mention this because of their unwillingness to take responsibility if something goes wrong later on. I highly recommend Windward HVAC and will not hesitate to use them again. Central air conditioner on the roof was not working. They showed up the same day as promised. Fixed the problem and the price was reasonable, particularly when considering how HVAC contractors can be huge rip-offs

Peter was forthright, expeditious and extremely competent. He diagnosed the issue quickly and charged a very fair price. I would definitely retain his services again. This was my first time using thumbtack and I got lucky with such a great first experience. He was so professional and even followed up later in the day to ensure the air conditioning was performing well.

James Finnegan has done many jobs in my home over the last 3 years. He has put in a bathroom in my basement. Fenced in my backyard with vinyl fence. Installed a new central air unit. Built a huge 2 level composite deck in my backyard. Turned my old dingy garage that I never used into extra living space. It is now my living room. Installed new laminate flooring through out the whole house. Installed new sink and vanity in my upstairs bathroom. The only way to describe Mr Finnegan is that he has hands of gold. His work is outstanding. He is neat. Cleans up everything. He is very knowledgeable and explains every detail of the job before he begins. He arrived at 830 am everyday as promised. I will only use Mr Finnegan as my number 1 contractor for my home. If there is a job you need done don't hesitate to contact him. As far as I m concerned he's the best out there.
