- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with any questions they might have, and we've answered them all! You need to know how many people are in your party and what services they want to have done. We take care of everything else!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have intensive in-salon training every week/month. We are also an Arrojo Ambassador salon and go to NYC monthly for training with Nick Arrojo and his team to stay on top of the latest trends!
