- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cooking at the age of about 9. I learned very quickly that you can't stir baking soda into a cake batter when it's been in the oven for 10 minutes! But by then I was hooked. Many mistakes and a different career later, I am in the kitchen professionally, where I belong.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Every client has a different need. Common job? Preparing meals. Each one is different.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you can count on them. The success of your event depends on it. Look for that added value. Ask for samples and references. Be comfortable that they know your needs.
