Introduction: I've been in the Personal Training business for over 30 years. I have had success with both genders, athletes, seniors, weight loss clients and teens. I work with all age groups. Rehab patients and diabetic clients. I have the patience to work with all levels of fitness and will help you achieve your goals. I am a professional track and field coach who has trained athletes from High School to Olympic caliber. If you are looking to build endurance I specialize in that area. I pride myself in listening to my clients and what their needs are then we formulate our training around them. Seeing my clients reach their fitness and health goals.

Ken wants you to get the most out of your work out according to how your body type is. He is patient, yet assertive, extremely knowledgeable (since he was a coach, he makes the work out and motivation easy). I’m so impressed with the level of experience he has as a trainer and the quality of work out I get, for such an affordable price!
