My oven broke down and I was able to get a service person to my house within two hours of my request for assistance. The issue was quickly discovered, and a replacement part ordered; the broken fan was installed a day earlier than expected. The work was neat, efficient and the cost was less than half what the utility wanted to charge me. I would gladly us Dispatch Appliance Repairs again in the future.

I needed some repair work done on my LG washer. After another Company no showed on two occasions, I contacted Rafael on a Sunday and responded in minutes. He also showed up to service in less than 24 hours. I was able to schedule a time at my convenience. The Service Technician, Rafael called and showed up promptly as scheduled. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I am very happy with his work and highly recommend this Top Notch. He even came prepared with parts, no one ever does that in first place. He was also nice enough to go over everything he did as repairs and showed me what he did. Last but not least he showed me tricks on washer i didnt even know which was so HELPFUL! If you need washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, etc fixed I'd definitely recommend you to contact Rafael!!! Not just his work efforts was great but his customer service was extremely amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about Rafael. Thank you Rafael because I wasn't going to be able to go another week without a washer lol!
