In response to the one star review. This customer wanted a specific design from a established site. When I sent 6 designs without 1-being marked as hired as I asked her to do, then revising said designs again without a hire or deposit, lengthy waits between communications and again no deposit which was stated in the first few conversations.... I would chalk this up to miscommunication and wish this bride much success with her complicated print job on her very tight deadline.

The experience I had with The Ink Spot was amazing. My invitations are exactly what I dreamed of. I was given three ideas for my invites. The owner is so personable and helpful. Extremely affordable and I received my invites in a very timely manner!!! Rave reviews!! Highly recommend this company for your next event. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each print job is unique so it's varied from job to job. I do include envelopes with each in invitation job and also offer label mailing services. I am now specializing in laser cut and specialty die-cut invitations such as doily style or art Deco cuts also custom designed cuts as I can cut any vectors to suit an invite style.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a adjunct instructor for the local college in Photoshop and Illustrator keeping my skills sharp and up to date
