I have extensive experience in different aspects of the fitness field. Gymnastic cheerleadering, ballet, yoga, and pilates have taught me how to effectively use proper techniques to alleviate possible pains that can develop during normal fitness exercise. I love being a mentor the most. I enjoy teaching new things to students and allowing them to feel better after a class, mentally and physically.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I attend classes all the time. Not only do I love teaching but I love taking classes as well because I feel that other instructors can show me things that I myself may not be able to see. I also go to seminars, read tons of books and articles and participate in many events that can.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have had personal injuries to my spine and I did not want to have surgery so I found alternative ways to heal my body.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?Of course. I think that more people will be much happier. They would learn how to slow down in a chaotic world that surrounds us all, bringing joy to their daily lives and just appreciating each day as it is.
