Latest Review: I am nearly 50. I started exercising as a kid with my mom using Jane Fonda’s book. I have worked out in gyms and studios (Pilates, yoga, aerobics, ballet) in NYC, Ohio, California and plenty of states in between. I have had trainers and “coaches,” instructors and yogis and experienced fitness buddies, too. I have had years of great fitness and years of sloth. Experienced pregnancy and post-pregnancy exercise and have suffered MANY injuries - and often when working with a “trained professional.” After decades of looking for the right person to help me achieve my fitness goals, I’d pretty much given up. Then I found Science Tested Athletic Consulting and started working with Matt Rogers. Matt’s education, years of professional experience and good humor are helping me get into the best shape I have ever been in - and he shows me, again and again, that I am not going to get hurt on his watch. He listens to my late mid-life aches and pains, watches how I execute the excercises and modifies, as needed. I like him and trust his expertise so much that I have allowed my 12 year-old son to workout with Matt, too.
