- Trained by reputable Yoga Gurus ( 1/Dharma Mittra - Dharma Yoga School New York, and 2/ Ganga Puri Rox - Yoganga Hatha School at Santosh Puri Ashram, Haridwar, north India.) 3 yrs full time teaching Yoga approx. over 400hrs of teachings.
- Private Yoga for Individual Adults, all ages and conditions who needs an individual pace practise adapted to needs perhaps in recovery, or to ease back to Yoga practise.
- RCYT Children Yoga Yoga Alliance Registered Certified Teacher.
- Parent(s) and kid(s) custom tailored session.
