Chris is very patient. I came to him basically brand new to working out. He doesn’t rush you to finish exercises, his goal is just for you to finish. He is very knowledgeable and comes up with the most creative workouts. I always leave feeling great!

I have had an overall amazing experience training with Chris. He's very knowledgeable, motivating, positive,funny, and up beat. Most importantly he practices what he preachs. He cares about his clients. He only wants to help them reach their goals and make positive changes in their lives. He's also a great listener too! I HIGHLY recommend him. He's someone I really respect. Chris truly is the best! You won't regret picking him to train with because I sure don't.

So, I've been out of the gym more often than I'm happy to admit especially for the past few months and I finally decided to get back into working out. I was lucky enough to meet Chris and talk to and workout with him a few times. Let me just say that I was shocked and amazed from the workouts I had. His knowledge base is very diverse and he was able to help me on different ends of the fitness spectrum. I wanted to increase my strength but because of an old High School sports injury I had issues with my shoulder and elbow. He was able to give me a few minor exercises that improved my mobility and eliminated the pain I felt when I started moving heavier weight, which then helped me increase the weight I was able to move. He was also able to help me adjust my diet and see where my changes needed to start. I'm very lucky to have had the chance to meet him and train with him, and continue to reach out to him for advice and guidance. He's a great support system and helpful pillar in my attempt to reach my goals. My favorite thing about him though is his no nonsense attitude and approach to fitness and ability to explain things in a way I understand and can remember. If you want someone to support you and help you improve yourself, he will be one of the most important things to include in your fitness program. Thanks again Chris!

When initially meeting Chris I had a lot of reservations after not having a successful interaction with other trainers/fitness programs. Chris genuinely blew me away. From the get go be assuaged my concerns and laid out a carefully crafted plan. Within a few shorts month I noticed a decrease in body fat, and definitely an increase in muscle. Beyond the noticeable changes, I almost immediately felt healthier. I could touch my toes again, wasn’t waking up as stiff and sore, and his assistance in getting my diet and nutrition under control was invaluable. I couldn’t recommend training with Chris more highly, and think anyone willing to put their best foot forward and before healthier should reach out to him.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have a set price on sessions, $50. I do have a continuously running deal on group sessions, each additional person is an extra $25. Seasonal promotions run as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to learn as much as I can about the client before we get started. How knowledgeable they are about exercise, any past injuries that might make certain movements difficult or impossible., what they wish to achieve while working with me and setting a schedule that keeps them on track. Having a set schedule makes it much easier to stay focused on the task at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a degree in health and exercise science, 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and blue belt in Jiu Jitsu.
