I was very happy with Margaret's work editing my manuscript. I could tell that she was thorough and took great care while also completing my manuscript in a timely manner. I would gladly hire her again.
David was a great help in editing my book! He was able to organize the ideas and get all of the touches done that I, as the author, was in far too deeply to see! He did fantastic job and Crystal Child is now a reality we can both be proud of!
In the month that I've been working with Rosemary, I've become hooked into her vibrant personality and collaborative editing style. Rosemary is a great editor because she clearly loves the work that she does and always makes you feel valued for your work. She is a master of leaving concise, thoughtful feedback without seeming nitpicky.
Femi Lewis performed editing services for my award winning novel Love Changes and my soon to be released collection of short stories. She does excellent work. She is honest, thorough, insightful. I can't speak highly enough of her skills and performance.
Working with SoulDeevas LLC was a pleasant experience, she took the time to understand what I wanted to portray to potential employers and provided feedback so I could make the best impression. Drafts were punctual and she was very professional with suggestions and edits. SoulDeevas LLC services are a great value! I would definitely use again and recommend to others.
Kat was very well-spoken, knowledgeable, and patient. I get a little insecure when I show my resume and she made me feel very comfortable and confident in my skills. She edited down my resume to reflect my strongest qualifications/skills. She also has a good eye for design so she will help make sure that you're resume is looking aesthetically pleasing to the viewer's eye. Kat will be my go-to for resume help moving forward!

I am a professional business entrepreneur and a published author. My studies include medicine, stem cell research, immunology, the human genome, creative writing, civil engineering, architecture, music production/engineering and studio recording.
I am a writer-editor who can make any piece of copy sing, whether financial, legal or medical; feature news or hard news. I have over two decades experience proofing and editing stock purchase agreements, bond rating sheets, quarterly reports, and more for Clifford Chance, Lazard, Davis Polk, Sullivan & Cromwell; for Debevoise, O'Melveny, Credit Suisse, and dozens of other law firms and investment banks centered in Manhattan, in other words, the largest law firms and investment banks in the world. As more foreign firms do business in the U.S., the need for sensitive, accurate editing becomes more acute. I've edited (and sometimes have almost re-written!) every kind of document, from punchy hard news pieces, to grant proposals to feature stories, to film reviews; I have briefed many legal cases, as well. My experience has made me extremely attentive to structure and detail and to the author's original intent. It's important to know how to do full reads, cold reads, black and redlining; line editing and copy editing, but the key is empathy. My experience has made me an empathetic editor: the writer's dignity and vision must be preserved. I've edited some books, a few screenplays, many articles, and I read and edit legal citations, as well. Worked also at SciMed, editing and proofreading material for the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Additionally, I've written and edited pieces for Total TV, the Cable Guide and Riot Media. I have written over 100 stories published in magazines nationwide, and I was a copy editor briefly (temp assignment) for Gentlemen's Quarterly. I've also written seven books, published by Lulu and Amazon. Have an M.S. from Columbia University, Graduate School of Journalism, and a J.D. from University at Buffalo, School of Law. If you need it written and edited clearly, concisely, intelligently, I'm for you. I play guitar, harmonica, percussion, by the way. You never know . . . Go to LinkedIn (linke above) and have a look at some of my work.
With several years and an mfa in digital filmmaking, I can help both technically and creatively accomplish the video you need for your event or business. As a New Jersey based videographer, writer, and editor, I am centrally located to help you produce the material you need.

EPD was established over 20 years ago as a recruiting firm in the pharmaceutical and medical device field. It was necessary to submit convincing proposals in an effort to secure job orders or high-level searches. Strong resumes were an absolute part of the process. In addition, I am working on a novel and have extensive experience in public speaking. Writing projects: speechs, proposals, business plans, manuscript editing, resumes, short skits and story lines. Below is an example of my work: IN SEARCH OF POPPA CHAPTER ONE I was born a bastard. At least, thats what my mother told me the last time the subject came up; in fact, every time the subject came up. At the top of her voice, she screamed, I aint telling you shit! You aint got no damn father! The angry shouts that followed were so loud that it was hard to distinguish between the sudden ringing in my ears or the hammering of my heart against the inside walls of my chest, in a futile attempt to jump out of its cavity. Tatemsville, Georgia is our home...behind the general store that faced the railroad tracks. Jus follow the dirt road on the side of the general store and then turn right at the second corner: thats us...along with twelve other neighboring two room-look alike- unpainted wooden shacks. Our community is a small tightly knitted village on the outer southwestern edge of Savannah where we revel in a rich, comfortable blues singing poverty with pockets as empty as a bankers heart maybe seven or eight pigs. Further east, on the edge of Tatemsville, is the spirited-Holy-Roller-church of the richest man in our village: The Sweet Daddy Grace. And a couple of steps away from his sanctuary, the branches of a massive Oak and a cluster of Chinaberry trees shade Mr. Leroys Snake Pit Tavern and a giant hole in the ground that serves as the communitys barbecue pit. Two old bed springs, covered the top of the community barbecue pit and serve as the cooking counter. And underneath...a buildup of red coals, bits and pieces of Oak logs have already burned down, simmering and glowing in the pit, making a fizzzzzing noise. Smells of cooking rabbits penetrated the air and a reddish well-seasoned sauce soaked their small bones and dripped through the bed springs giving off a char-grill fragrance mingled with a slight hickory odor that escaped in smoke drifting through the narrow holes of the springs. Nearby two hogs hang around patiently, uncomplainingly, stabbed through the heart, split open, gutted and strung up gaping and bloody, waiting for their barbecuing rendezvous.
I am interested in editing large texts such as works of prose, both fictional and nonfictional, poetry and technical prose as well as resume writing.
