I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with Craig as the property manager in my community, Union Hill Complex. Craig continually showed professionalism and expertise each time that I reached out to him for assistance and/or questions. As a perfectionist myself, I frequently took notice of how detail oriented and passionate he was about the property that I call home. Each area of concern is always addressed in a timely and efficient manner, which is greatly appreciated. Even though the board of my community has made the decision to move in a different property management direction, as a community, we still continually reach out to Craigs wealth of knowledge and expertise that is needed on a day to day basis. I feel thankful to still have such a valuable resource available.

Having been on the board for the last 5 years I've found Craig Holland to be genuinely interested in our problem solving. He's very trustworthy. He does a lot of work" behind the scenes" for our association. If necessary, one can always talk to him directly on the phone -- he actually answers it himself!!

Craig has been instrumental in helping make our community a better place to live. He has been a great aid in providing guidance to the board when facing the most difficult and non imaginable challenges. He is readily availabe and makes rapid disciplined recommendations when needed.
