- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a price list on our website, please take a look, but we try to work within the budget of the client and if that budget is acceptable by Photoshoott LLC and the client, we start the shoot. When we quote the client, we include my travel time and everything else, that I anticipate will be a part of the shoot. There is no other fees, unless we need to make significant changes to the nature of the project, but otherwise what you see is what you get and the rest is all inclusive in our packages. We like straight forward pricing so that the clients see what they get from the start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet, discuss the project and what the customer is looking to achieve. Get comfortable with the client, pets, kids and make sure that we have a vision for the shoot. Once that is established, we start the shoot. We like to make sure that the client is comfortable with us and how we do a shoot, pre and post shoot details. We like to make sure that all the steps are covered before we even get to the day of the shoot and all the questions are answered, but we are always available to lead each client through the process if need be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been shooting wildlife, family and friends for years. We are self taught and self driven professionals, who fell in love with photography. Got some online recognition from reputable sites such as NGM.com, numerous exhibitions around the world and several local competitions. I, Jake, enjoy shooting wildlife and extend the same passion to pets and their owners. I, Vitaly, enjoy capturing that special moment, that's where the true magic of photography is. We want to help others preserve those special and memorable moments in time.
