I have been training with Kurt consistently over the course of the last year and am thrilled with the results/progress! Not only has he helped me achieve my goals, he has taught me about proper fueling/nutrition as well. He genuinely listened to my semi-vain female fitness goals (flat abs, big butt, toned legs, slender arms) and has come up with challenging, highly customized workouts that are different every time so it never gets boring. For someone like me who has a hard time self-motivating, his positive energy keeps me pumped to work out even on days I don't want to–and seeing dramatic results doesn't hurt either. I highly recommend him!
