Clarence W. says, "Jordan was great! He responded to my inquiry and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. I had an electrical problem with the outlet behind the refrigerator. Because of the kitchen layout it’s a difficult spot to get to requiring a ladder to climb over the refrigerator. Jordan climbed over without hesitation and confirmed that the outlet didn’t have any power. From there he went to the circuit panel and proceeded to check the breaker’s for the kitchen. Long story short, it was a myriad of problems consisting of several damaged outlets and an underpowered breaker. He replaced everything that needed replacing and/or upgrading and said I should be good for the next decade. He kept me informed throughout the process so there wouldn’t be any confusion. Price was very reasonable and to be honest I was pleasantly surprised. I have Jordan saved in my contacts for the future and I highly recommend him for your electrical needs."See more

Rosario V. says, "Excellent electrical service upgrade by Antonio Ferrao Electric and his crew in Mt. Kisco, NY. The existing (possibly 100 yrs old) incoming service failed in January of 2017. The scope of the work was to upgrade the existing 100 amp service (in PVC conduit) to new 200 amp service with three new circuit panels inside and moving the Con Ed meters outside with a new gang box. Highly recommended - the crew (Santiago, Pedro and Kiki) were pleasant, easy to work with and very accommodating to my requests. Antonio is easy going and his rates are very reasonable. They even accommodated my work schedule by working on a Saturday and on President's day so that the electrical service upgrade would create minimal power disruption. I highly recommend using Ferrao Electric to anyone considering performing any type of electrical work. All code compliance documents received several weeks after the completion of the work.
