Dennis was great! Very respectful and self sufficient. Even left the fans to dry my couch for 2 days and brought my dog multiple treats. The pricing of two couches was $250 which is insanely cheap compared to others. My project was not easy (street parking in an apartment building)

Denis is such a superstar, and I highly recommend him for the quality of his work. My husband and I recently purchased a home. The previous owners had a beautiful dog that my husband is unfortunately allergic to. The previous owners very kindly hired someone to steam clean the house, but we still noticed stains and odors. That’s why we hired Denis, and we are glad that we did. Not only did he remove every single stain and all is the pet odors, but he left us some cleaning supplies. He came by for an initial walkthrough, gave us an accurate estimate, cleaned the place, and came by afterwards to make sure the carpets were all clean. Not only does Denis have great work ethic, but he’s got a great sense of humor, too. Highly recommend

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thumptack sets our pricing. 5% discount for cash
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers. Most customers try new contractors, based on a lack of satisfactory work from previous contractors. First we explain our 3 step process for cleaning. First we vacuum to get the sand, lent, and pet hairs out the rug/carpet. Next is our Pre Cleaning/treatment. This is the part where we focus on the high traffic area and stained areas within the house. Lastly, the star of the whole operation takes place when, we use our extraction/steam cleaning machine.
