I found Quentin while looking for a personal trainer. Of the pros I connected with, only Quentin suggested I come onsite for a consult rather than trying to sell me something on the phone without ever meeting. When we met, Quentin took the time out to sit down, patiently listen to my goals, run me through the options, and tried to find a solution that worked for me. It should be noted that after hearing me out, the solution he proposed wasn't even with his gym and wouldn't directly benefit him. In talking to him, I got the sense that he truly has his clients' best interests in heart. There was no hard sell (or really any selling), just trying to find the best fit for me. If I were closer to the gym, I'd have signed up with him on the spot. Would definitely recommend at least talking with Quentin if you're looking for a trustworthy trainer in the area.

Coach Q is an excellent trainer! The areas where I have the most concerns are definitely showing significant improvement. All Day Fitness is a great gym! Clean, spacious and great equipment. Exceptional professionalism. Exactly what I was looking for.

Quentin reached out to me immediately after I found him on the internet and inquired about his services. He was professional at all times and really listened to my weight loss struggles, and the traits that I wanted in a trainer. I expressed to Quentin that I really wanted a female trainer with experience in working with trainees with back and neck injuries. To my surprise, Quentin connected me with a trainer who checked all of my boxes :-). I had a great experience with Quentin and his team and I look forward to returning to his gym for more workouts!

I started coming to all day fitness about a month ago and I can already see changes in my body and my confidence. Coach Q does a great job at switching up the workouts so you don't get use to doing specific ones. My 30 minute workouts are tough but Coach Q helps push me through those last few sets! After each session I feel great physically and mentally, I leave feeling like I accomplished something for the day. I'm looking forward to seeing my progress these next few weeks.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We offer very competitive prices. Packages and discounts are also available for automatic reoccurring purchases.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I usually speak to them on the phone or in person and we talk about exercise history, injury history, nutrition, previous obstacles and any specific goals or timelines they may have. I give them some information on my background as it pertains to their goals. Then, if interested, we schedule Our first training session. After this initial session we talk about how to continue working together.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Nutrition coach. I am USA Weightlifting Certified (Level 1) I also hold certifications in CrossFit, TRX, youth training, prenatal, and a few others.
