Quentin reached out to me immediately after I found him on the internet and inquired about his services. He was professional at all times and really listened to my weight loss struggles, and the traits that I wanted in a trainer. I started coming to all day fitness about a month ago and I can already see changes in my body and my confidence. Coach Q does a great job at switching up the workouts so you don't get use to doing specific ones. My 30 minute workouts are tough but Coach Q helps push me through those last few sets! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer very competitive prices. Packages and discounts are also available for automatic reoccurring purchases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I usually speak to them on the phone or in person and we talk about exercise history, injury history, nutrition, previous obstacles and any specific goals or timelines they may have. I give them some information on my background as it pertains to their goals. Then, if interested, we schedule Our first training session. After this initial session we talk about how to continue working together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Nutrition coach. I am USA Weightlifting Certified (Level 1) I also hold certifications in CrossFit, TRX, youth training, prenatal, and a few others.
