About this pro
This was my first trip to Therapeutic Touch Massage & Bodywork, for a 90-minute session. I have neck and back issues/pain as well as a frozen left shoulder, and Toni-Ann was able to address them all. First we discussed my condition and I showed her my recent MRI results. During and after my treatment she explained the techniques used and the reasons for using them. Those 90 minutes felt very good even though I was not there to be relaxed but to be treated. That was yesterday and today I still feel pretty good; I'm going back for another 90-minute session in a week. Toni-Ann is very knowledgeable in her craft and it clearly shows. By the way, she is licensed in both NJ and NY. Great credentials. The place is nice and they have ample free parking. The waiting area is comfortable and the massage room is relaxing with soothing ambient music and great climate control. No complaints, just praise. Bill S. from CliftonAug 13, 2017Toni-Ann A.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We offer discount packages, birthday discounts, and referral discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Most clients book online. An intake form is emailed and required to be completed and signed the day before your appointment. This provides me with your health history and goals for the session and gives you a chance to review our policies and waivers. Upon your arrival at the first session, we will review your intake form and make a plan for the session. I enjoy educating my clients, especially those receiving massage or bodywork for the first time. After the session, we will go over the session and discuss what was found and the changes that occurred. I will suggest self care for in between sessions and book your next massage!
