- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our planning services are priced according to the event. The larger the event, of course, the more planning is needed. We do vendor management, RSVP management, Venue location assistance. We also assist with Wedding Rehearsal, Wedding Ceremony and Reception.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our typical process is to meet with the couple and find out about them, their relationship and their wedding theme. After that, we set the plan. We create a spreadsheet and calendar (which we share with the bride) to track all activities related to the wedding. We also set up a free wedding website to assist with RSVP management. We handle everything from start to finish till the wedding day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I take design classes with the American Institute of Floral Designers. I like to stay current with the latest trends.
