I recently hired ETC Audio for an event. I would have given them one star, but I'm giving them two stars because they had working equipment and we could hear what was being said. ETC audio does not know the meaning of customer service, respect or just simple courtesy. If those three things are not a concern for you, then they are fine to hire. ETC Audio thinks that equipment and experience trumps everything else; in reality, it's being amicable and professional that will go a long way in making a business successful. Thanks for this Review. We did a 2 hour sight survey with the bride [to make sure everything was 100%] . Every facet of this production was worked out from the beginning to end. The bride [Grace] loved the design and approved everything that I proposed . It was made very clear I would change NOTHING , the wedding would be set EXACTLY as proposed . This unfortunately fell on deaf ears by Grace's brother as I was receiving Emails . up to 11;00 pm the evening Before the event attempting to change EVERYTHING . This is not bad customer service , but a person incapable of planning out a proper production [ I've done 100's]
