I would like to say I had Carolina as my bartender when enjoying a night out with some friends. I especially would like to leave her an outstanding report. She was one of the best bartenders that ever served us. I recall the night very well. It was extremely busy and loud at the establishment and she was extremely good under pressure. Not only was she able to understand the difficult drinks that my friends were asking her for in the noisy environment, but she was extremely fast, neat, and one of the most professional bartenders I have ever met. She is definitely an asset for any establishment that has her on their team.

Carolina was outstanding! Her knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktails was very impressive. She went out of her way to make sure everyone was taken care of. I would highly recommend her and will definitely use her again.

I hired Caro to serve the cocktails at a gathering of friends, it was the best decision because we stopped worrying about serving the drinks and we enjoyed the wide variety of cocktails that Caro prepared. Definitely my friends and I will always hire her.
