Introduction: What's a Guerrero?
Guerrero is Spanish for warrior. We all have the warrior inside us that wants to be free. I teach and train you to "unleash your inner warrior" to accomplish any goals your heart desires! A true warrior is relaxed in body and mind, in stressful situations in life, and other areas are fun challenges to a Guerrero.
But I just want to workout, so why?
Being relaxed in the mind and body is the ultimate key in losing weight. Cortisol keeps your body in a gaining weight mode and makes you feel like crap. Exercise is consciously applied stress to mind and body, so if you have a hard time relaxing majority of the day, it will make burning fat 10 times harder. Training is 80% mental.
